With 33 years of experience in providing exelent service to the campers we are continually working to improve our performance and to meet and exceed the expectation of our camper guests. The year 2008 camping season will feature improved additional Wi-Fi area coverage, pet playground, more landscaping, and some patio sites. Thanks to our wonderful staff and guest feedback the Sault Ste. Marie KOA was again this year awarded the KOA Inc, President’s award for excellence. For many years many of our guests have have been taking advantage of the KOA value card discount program, which this year is being replased by the improved KOA Rewards card, which offers more benefits. For more details please visit www.koa.com The Sault Ste Marie KOA this year will be offering accommodation packages for the BellBorder JAM Festval taking place on August 15, 16 & 17, 2008. The package to include tickets for the 3 day event plus accomodation. Package price including taxes is $150.53 for a site with electric and water & $136.35 for a tent or no hook up RV site. Cabin accommodation may also be avaiable. Please call the campground on 1-800-562-0847 for reservations. During the Festival, shuttle service will be avaiable at a cost of $5.00 per person. Sample special weekend campground activities, weather permitting:
During the season you may join your fellow campers for kareoke on friday. On Saturday it may be ice-cream social followed by dancing to live music. Sunday is bingo day. Activities are subject to change so please call the campground for an up to date program. Ongoing activities:
Miniature golf, horse shoe rinks, video games (nintendo vii), movie rentals ,fun bikes, childrens playground, pet playground, exercise room, swimming pool and happy campers using the KOA RV wash station and walking the nature trails. Various lawn games are available please ask in the office.
